🇨🇱 Chile - Driver License Block Register

Query the Servicio de Registro Civil e Identificación nationwide driver-license block register by RUN.

Unlike municipal portals which only cover a single commune, this endpoint provides nationwide coverage of driver-license blocks and suspensions ordered by courts or civil authorities across Chile.

A 404 means the queried RUN does not have any driver license record in the Registro Civil database.

409 (Invalid Check Digit)

When a check digit is supplied that fails Modulo 11 validation, the API returns an uncharged 409 before calling the upstream registry.
