DELETE https://api.verifik.co/v2/cost-centers/{id}

비용 센터를 비활성화합니다. 기록은 삭제되지 않습니다. active가 false가 되고 사용 기록은 그대로 남습니다. 새 요청은 이 센터를 쓸 수 없습니다.
