Verifik's post-pay model allows for flexibility in usage-based services like SMS, WhatsApp, emails, and biometrics. To simplify billing, charges are deducted from a credit balance that automatically recharges as needed. Here’s a breakdown of the extra costs for each service.
Extra Charges and Recharge Structure
SMS & WhatsApp OTPs
Recharge Amount: $10, added automatically when credits run low.
Cost: Each OTP sent via SMS or WhatsApp deducts from the $10 credit balance.
Usage: This feature can be enabled within your project settings to automate OTPs. The credits provide flexibility to cover multiple OTPs under one recharge, making it easier to maintain service continuity.
Emails
Cost: $2 per 1,000 additional emails.
Recharge: Verifik automatically adds $10 to your credit balance when it falls below a set threshold. Each extra 1,000 emails deducts $2 from this balance.
Benefit: This approach simplifies management for applications with higher email volume, allowing you to keep a buffer and avoid frequent recharges.
Biometric Active Users
Active users - Extra Charges:
Free Plan: $80 per 100 additional active users.
Plus Plan: $78 per 100 additional active users.
Business Plan: $60 per 100 additional active users.
Sessions - Extra Charges:
Free Plan: $0.30 per additional session.
Plus Plan: $0.26 per additional session.
Business Plan: $0.20 per additional session.
Usage: For applications requiring additional biometric logins beyond the included quota, costs are based on the number of active users / sessions and are adjusted according to your plan.
Storage
Cost: $2.2 USD per 1,000 storage units per month.
Usage: Charges apply for storing biometric data, ensuring secure data retention with scalable costs for larger storage requirements.
