The Free Plan offers users a way to explore Verifik’s authentication and validation services with up to 200 email logins. Additional login methods, including biometrics, SMS, and WhatsApp, are available at an extra cost. Users can choose between two models: Active Users and Per Session.

By utilizing the Free Plan, you can evaluate Verifik’s passwordless authentication solutions and determine the best-fit model for your user authentication needs.

Active Users

In the Active Users model, costs are based on the number of users who log in consistently over a period. This model allows for an unlimited number of logins by the same users during the active period.

• Cost per User: $0.00 (for up to 200 email logins)

• Analytics (BI): 30 days

• Included: 200 email logins

• Extra Cost:

  • Biometrics: $80 USD per 100 active users

  • Emails: $2 USD per 1,000 additional emails

  • Storage: $2.2 USD per 1,000 storage units

  • SMS & WhatsApp: Enable this feature on your project configuration for automated OTPs with a cost of $10 in credits per OTP sent.

How to Use smartAccess with Active Users

With smartAccess, users can authenticate without a password using the following options:

• Email: 200 free email logins are included. After reaching this limit, each additional 1,000 emails costs $2.

• Phone (SMS/WhatsApp): SMS and WhatsApp-based OTPs can be enabled. Verifik will automatically deduct $10 in credits per OTP sent.

• Biometrics: Authenticate using facial or fingerprint biometrics at a cost of $80 per 100 active users.

This model is ideal for organizations that have a set of active users logging in frequently.

Sessions

In the Per Session model, the costs are calculated based on the number of individual login sessions rather than the total number of active users. This model is suited for situations where multiple users might log in sporadically.

Using smartAccess in this model allows users to log in effortlessly per session:

• Email: 200 free email logins are included. Additional emails can be used at $2 per 1,000.

• Phone (SMS/WhatsApp): SMS and WhatsApp OTPs are available with an extra charge of $10 in credits per OTP.

• Biometrics: Individual sessions can use biometric logins for $0.20 per session, ideal for high-security scenarios where biometric verification is required for each login.
