Basic configuration

In every project that you made the first step it's called Basic Configuration, here you have to put some contact and basic configuration of the project, each one of them explain a specific section of the form and how to properly send the data.

Project Information

In this form you must provide some basic information about the project, give the project a name, define in which countries will work and put Terms & Conditions information, now we are going to explain each one of the fields:

• Project Name: As is name says here you must provide the name of the project, keep in mind that there can't be multiple projects with the same name.

• Allowed countries: Here you have to add the list of countries that your project will work, there's no a maximum number of allowed countries, but you must provide at least one, if you don't find the country that you want you can contact the Verifik Support team, and we will assist you.

• Email: Here you will provide a valid email, that means that this email exists and have an inbox.

• Privacy Policy: In this field you have to provide a URL, ideally you must redirect to a Privacy policy of your company, this field it's not mandatory but if you add it, you must make sure that this URL correctly redirect to somewhere.

• Terms and Conditions: In this field you have to provide a URL, ideally you must redirect to a Privacy policy of your company, this field it's not mandatory but if you add it, you must make sure that this URL correctly redirect to somewhere.

Note: In the basic configuration as required fields you have to provide the Project name and the Allowed countries, all other fields are optional.

Data protection

In this form you must provide contact information, this information can be from the company or the person in charge in the project, next you will find each one of the fields and what they represent:

• Owner's Name: Name of the owner or company in charge of the project.

• Email: Contact email, this email must be real and have a proper inbox.

• Address: Address where the office of the company or the person in charge is located.

• Country: Main country of operations of the business or the person in charge in the project.

• City: Main city of operations of the business or the person in charge in the project.

• Postal Code: Postal code of the area where the business is located, keep in mind that not all counties use postal code, in this case feel free to add 0000.

Note: All fields in this form are completely optional, we recommend adding all the information to guarantee the transparency of your project, but you don't have to.
